STAFF CARE
Our Staff are care professionals, chosen for their qualification and experience
in nursing and caring of the elderly and we ensure 24hr nursing care to
all our residents. The director of care ensures the residents individual
needs are fulfilled, while encouraging independence and choice. All staff
ensure that each resident feels at home, comfortable, relaxed and at ease.
First class care and assistance is guaranteed while maintaining the dignity
and respect of our residents. The caring team includes a director of care,
registered nurses, dedicated care assistants and activation staff. The nurse
call system is monitored to enable the nursing staff to offer a vigilant
service to allow a quick response to any calls from residents.
We offer general nursing care to thirty seven residents and can offer up
to 15 residents with dementia special nursing care in an attractive purpose
built unit with an outdoor rectangular garden where they can stroll in privacy
and safety.
